Thank you for volunteering your time to become an influential part of the CPYFA family. You are not just developing athletes, you are creating better members of our Cedar Park community!

Once you are approved as a Head Coach by the CPYFA board, you will need to register as a coach through Sports Engine and submit your background check. Background checks are mandatory and required every year.

Why are you interested in serving as Head Coach for this team/squad?

Do you have any children currently registered with CPYFA?

If yes, what program are they participating in?

Please describe any prior experience you have working with youth organizations

Teams may practice between 3-5 times during the week. Games are generally on Saturdays. Will you be able to attend all practices, games and other team events?

If you are not selected for the Head Coach position, would you accept a role as an Assistant Coach?

AYF and CPYFA require CPR/ First Aid certification and various coaching certifications be completed by all Head Coaches. Do you understand that you must complete these certifications PRIOR to the 1st team/ squad practice and that you will not be allowed to coach until all of the certifications are completed?
